3 Steps for
Establish Company
01 — Fill Out the Application Form
Visit Workon's website and complete the application form. Choose your company type (LLC, JSC, etc.) and enter the required information such as founder details, address, and capital amount.
02 — Prepare Documents
Prepare the necessary documents: identification (passport or ID card), notarized signature declaration, proof of address, and Articles of Association. Upload these documents to the Workon platform.
03 — Company Registration and Approval
Workon submits your documents to the Trade Registry Office and initiates the registration process. After paying the required fees, the office reviews and approves your application. Your company is then officially registered, and you receive your tax number and legal documents.
